How The Bucks/Mont/Philly Real Estate Market is Doing?

In the past few months I have noticed a few things.

I am the 7 Day A Week Realtor and am seeing some good things in the market for buyers. I have been coming across buyers with better credit and more money to put down for the purchase of their homes (compared to this time last year). This will give those buyers a better chance of buying a home with better conditions.

The home sellers are still holding on to the idea that their home is worth the actual listing price but depending on the area, are falling and selling slightly short (about 4-7%) lower than their listing price. The seller sets the price but the buyer determines the value of the home.

Sellers should take another look at their listing price to attract a qualified purchaser. Buyers should keep an eye on their credit and keep up the good work.
